Our Programs
Art of Aging: Life Begins at Fifty
BACK TO THE FREDERICKSBURG CONFERENCE CENTER FOR 2026
A free expo hosted by Partners in Aging and generous sponsors to help you explore your community all under one roof. Find where to get help when you need it and, more importantly, learn what programs and services are available to help you have fun!
Operation Medicine Cabinet
This program ensures that unused medication will be disposed of by using high-temperature incineration, which has the least environmental impact of all disposal options. Remember to not flush your meds! Keep them in a safe place for our next collection day.
Dementia Insights Conference
This event is designed to provide valuable insights, practical strategies, and comprehensive support for family and professional caregivers. Attendees will gain hands-on training techniques, learn how to identify critical resources and explore solutions to common caregiving challenges.
The Gratitude Award
The Dr. Wayland Marks Gratitude Award is given annually to a person who exemplifies the principle of advocating for the senior population.
The Betty Bazemore Memorial Respite Grant
If you are caring for a loved one and need respite, Partners in Aging can help!
The Betty Bazemore Memorial Respite Grant for family caregivers given by Partners in Aging to qualified families who are above poverty level, to help off-set or pay the cost of adult day care, in-home aides, overnight stays or other respite services for their loved ones. The grant will be given one-time for respite purposes for either an 16-hour or two 8-hour care sessions.
