This year our Annual Art of Aging Expo is back at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center. Find out where to go to get help when you need it and, more importantly, learn what programs and services are available to help you have fun! Hundreds of guests and 100 organizations and agencies onsite to share info about their services and activities; free health screenings are also available.
